According to the article 8 of cultural heritage, handicrafts and tourism organization construction law, enacted at 19/12/1380, for the purpose of absorbing national and foreign investors, making substructure, tourism installations and preparing appropriate services for tourists, the government can permit to the private sector applicants to install prominent tourism regions in the prone regions of the country and tourism poles with emphasis on the regions which are less developed.
With regard to the said legal article, the enforcing regulation of construction and managing prominent tourism regions which has been enacted by respectful corps of ministers in 10 articles, the manner of services, cultural, sports and tourism centers classification, creating infrastructural installations and the investors authorities in enforcement of enacted plans, absorbing and supporting foreign investors have been explained in details.
According to the regulation and with view to the readiness declaration of the outdoor and indoor investors and local people to give value and utilizing these regions, Investment and Planning vice chancellor and tourism regions office simultaneously and in a unit framework decided to perform possibility assessment studies and to have operational enacted prominent tourism regions all over the country.

        Nowadays, many countries of the world have perceived various dimensions of tourism industry with production, employment. & making incoming and they have tried to improve and develop the industry from a few previous decades.
The Islamic Republic of Iran is one of those countries that is the centre of attention for many tourists from different countries in the world for possessing natural, historical and cultural potentials.
So, this factor will provide suitable conditions for utilization and development of tourism substructures. With view to the aims and policies of the state on the future perspective document in which have been emphasized on absorbing 20 million foreign tourists annually, making tourism substructure is an inevitable facts.
According to the article 8 of cultural heritage, handicrafts and tourism organization construction law, enacted at 19/12/1380, for the purpose of absorbing national and foreign investors, making substructure, tourism installations and preparing appropriate services for tourists, the government can permit to the private sector applicants to install prominent tourism regions in the prone regions of the country and tourism poles with emphasis on the regions which are less developed.
With regard to the said legal article, the enforcing regulation of construction and managing prominent tourism regions which has been enacted by respectful corps of ministers in 10 articles, the manner of services, cultural, sports and tourism centers classification, creating infrastructural installations and the investors authorities in enforcement of enacted plans, absorbing and supporting foreign investors have been explained in details.
According to the regulation and with view to the readiness declaration of the outdoor and indoor investors and local people to give value and utilizing these regions, Investment and Planning vice chancellor and tourism regions office simultaneously and in a unit framework decided to perform possibility assessment studies and to have operational enacted prominent tourism regions all over the country.

● Introduction:
        Nowadays, many countries of the world have perceived various dimensions of tourism industry with production, employment. & making incoming and they have tried to improve and develop the industry from a few previous decades.
The Islamic Republic of Iran is one of those countries that is the centre of attention for many tourists from different countries in the world for possessing natural, historical and cultural potentials.
So, this factor will provide suitable conditions for utilization and development of tourism substructures. With view to the aims and policies of the state on the future perspective document in which have been emphasized on absorbing 20 million foreign tourists annually, making tourism substructure is an inevitable facts.
According to the article 8 of cultural heritage, handicrafts and tourism organization construction law, enacted at 19/12/1380, for the purpose of absorbing national and foreign investors, making substructure, tourism installations and preparing appropriate services for tourists, the government can permit to the private sector applicants to install prominent tourism regions in the prone regions of the country and tourism poles with emphasis on the regions which are less developed.
With regard to the said legal article, the enforcing regulation of construction and managing prominent tourism regions which has been enacted by respectful corps of ministers in 10 articles, the manner of services, cultural, sports and tourism centers classification, creating infrastructural installations and the investors authorities in enforcement of enacted plans, absorbing and supporting foreign investors have been explained in details.
According to the regulation and with view to the readiness declaration of the outdoor and indoor investors and local people to give value and utilizing these regions, Investment and Planning vice chancellor and tourism regions office simultaneously and in a unit framework decided to perform possibility assessment studies and to have operational enacted prominent tourism regions all over the country.
